Daniel DeGuardi

Daniel studied Psychology at the University of Arizona and has been involved in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. He holds 3 professional certifications from 3 different organizations. He currently travels around the nation learning new fitness techniques as well staying up to date on the latest fitness trends. His specialties include but are not limited to, Boot Camp, Rapid Fat Loss, Athletic Development, Marathon and Triathlon Training, Functional Fitness, Core, Dynamic Training, and Bodybuilding.

Yaredezette Molina

Yare graduated from the University of Arizona with a Major in Business Management and Minor in Sociology. She currently trains and competes in fitness competitions nationwide. She is certified by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). Her specialties in personal training include dynamic, core, aerobics, kickboxing, and Functional Fitness.

Heather Peeler

Heather Peeler is certified by the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and is pursuing her second certification.  Along with personal training, she also maintains an active and healthy lifestyle by running, doing yoga and working out daily.  She spends a lot of time running around with her two kids who participate in a variety of sports.  She is always setting new fitness goals and hopes to help others reach their personal goals.
